Terms and conditions
Arrival
We request that you arrive at least 5 minutes before your appointment time to ensure that we can take your details and welcome you appropriately. If you arrive late for your scheduled time, we will endeavour to accommodate you but we cannot promise your full treatment time. You will still be charged the full price of the treatment(s) booked.
Cancellations
We operate a 24-hour cancellation policy. Please ensure you provide as much notice as possible if you need to cancel your appointment to avoid a cancellation charge, which could be up to 100% of the treatment cost.
Contra-Indications
Please be aware that some treatments may not be suitable for customers with certain conditions therefore upon arrival you will be asked to fill in a medical consultation sheet. In the event of any treatment(s) being unsuitable for you, your therapist will advise an alternative.
Children
Children are allowed in the centre under the age of 16 whilst parents have treatments. Any children and/or teenagers having actual treatments under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Customer Service
Woolpit Complementary offers a professional-only service – inappropriate behaviour will not be tolerated.
Gift Vouchers
We offer a selection of vouchers which can be redeemed against any of our treatments, packages or retail products. They are non-refundable and are valid for one year commencing from the purchase date.
Packages
Pre-payment is required on all of Woolpit Complementary packages, with one week’s cancellation notice. Packages are non-refundable unless the recipient is unable to fulfill the sessions due to mitigated circumstances.
Fulfilment: If the package cannot be fulfilled due to relocation or other mitigating circumstances, it can be transferred to another recipient of your choosing. If no replacement can be put forward, Woolpit Complementary is committed to refund the balance remaining back to the account holder.
Validity: Packages are valid for one year commencing from the purchase date.
Prices
Are per person and correct at time of print and are subject to alteration without prior notice. Woolpit Complementary reserves the right to raise prices and modify or discontinue treatments without prior notice to ensure that maximum standards of service and quality are met.
Parking
Ample parking is available onsite including two disabled parking spaces.

This agreement applies as between you, the User of this Website and Woolpit Complementary, the owner(s) of this Website. Your agreement to comply with and be bound by these terms and conditions is deemed to occur upon your first use of the Website. - Communications
12.1 All notices / communications shall be sent to us either by post to our Premises (see contact page) or by email (see contact page). Such notice will be deemed received 3 days after posting if sent by first class post, the day of sending if the email is received in full on a business day and on the next business day if the email is sent on a weekend or public holiday.
12.2 Woolpit Complementary may from time to time send you information about our products and/or services. If you do not wish to receive such information, please click on the “unsubscribe” link on any email that you receive from us.
- Law and Jurisdiction
These terms and conditions and the relationship between you and Woolpit Complementary shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the Law of England and Wales and Woolpit Complementary and you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England and Wales.
