I believe in an individualised, client-led approach, to give you the best opportunity when exploring options within nutrition and lifestyle goals. I provide a supportive and non-judgmental environment and welcome you to contact me to see how I might be able to help you.
I am a registered associate nutritionist (ANutr), and I have been offering one-on-one nutritional guidance since 2019. My work involves setting goals and devising plans for weight management, aiding in the management of chronic health conditions such as Type 2 Diabetes, and promoting musculoskeletal health. My approach is centred around empowering clients, enabling them to appreciate the advantages of nutrition and lifestyle management. This approach fosters confidence in the choices they make.
In addition to my role as a nutritionist, I am a PhD student and a part-time Public Health Lecturer at the University of Suffolk. These roles allow me to maintain my own professional growth and stay connected with evidence-based approaches that promote improved health outcomes.
I firmly believe in tailoring our approach to each individual, ensuring that our clients lead the way in determining their nutrition and lifestyle goals. My practice offers a supportive, non-judgmental environment, and I invite you to reach out to explore how I can assist you on your journey.
