CounsellingStudent CounsellorAbout me
There are many reasons why I feel so passionately about having the privilege to hear another’s story. Most of these stem from my own traumatic experiences. Having received counselling and different therapies myself has given me an appreciation of just how vital the therapeutic relationship can be in aiding a person to gain tools and empowerment, to support themselves with a greater understanding in their lives.
Whilst working as a Senior Dental Nurse for many years and volunteering for a mental health support group called Nature & Nuture, I have developed skills that I believe have assisted me in dedicating myself to further training. I am committed to offering a service that provides an empathic, non-judgemental safe space, which values and respects your personal experiences.
Together, we have the opportunity to explore personal difficulties in a confidential and supportive environment. Through greater self-awareness enables enlightenment and personal growth.
