CounsellingStudent CounsellorAbout me
Having received personal counselling during times of difficulty, I have a deep appreciation for the unique support that therapeutic relating offers. For me, it has been transformational in helping me to realise my own potential.
My life experiences, struggles, healing, and training have provided me opportunity to give to others what has been so helpful to me. With this training and experience, I am now able to offer clients a safe confidential space to explore issues that may be impacting them, and to celebrate their triumphs too.
The therapeutic environment is non-judgemental and genuine. A client’s unique process and experience is highly respected.
Through counselling we have an opportunity to develop and deepen our self-awareness which can allow for understanding patterns that may be holding us back from living fully.
CPD hours include: Existential perspectives. Healing trauma through engaging with latent movement patterns. Tribes of person-centred therapy. Healing the wounds of complex trauma.
Student member of the British Association for Counsellors and Psychotherapists (BACP)
