Time for Tea – Fact #3

All tea (excluding herbal, Rooibos and fruit teas) comes from just two varieties of shrub: Camellia sinensis var. sinensis , and Camellia sinensis var. assamica.

It is down to the way in which the leaves are processed as to what tea product is made. Eg. White, Green, Yellow, Oolong, Black, Post-fermented tea.
