What are your New Year’s Resolutions?

According to the Mental Health Organisation, almost 80% of us fail to see through our New Year’s Resolutions in the UK.

Granted, it could be perceived as cliche to post information regarding treatments and therapies that are focused specifically towards areas such as weight management or detox. But making resolutions for the New Year can often be the key to a more positive, proactive lifestyle that in turn can improve or sustain mental and physical health.

There will be some of you with a strong sense of resolution. While others perhaps, just feel that it’s time to explore new solutions for a balanced lifestyle. If either are the case, why not give our Detox or Hypnodieting packages a try?
